Manchester United Kids 26/27 Away Goalkeeper Jersey Pink

I purchased a football shirt via the website for my granddaughter. After ordering I immediately realised I’d ordered the wrong size. I was impossible to amend the order, even though it was a minute after ordering. There is no contact number available. I therefore had to o through a bot which was no help. The bot eventually provided an email address. The customer service wasn’t considerate my mistake and said I would have to return the item with a handling charge and postage costs and reorder with another postage charge. Not a happy experience.

This goalie jersey should have the printing no. 1 with my daughter’s name on it, instead it was printed on another outfield player jersey that I also bought. Staff clearly did not read the order description carefully and has no common sense.

After today’s result again Hull, I’ve thrown them in the bin and bought a Bristol Rovers kit 🤷‍♂️ We’ll be playing United in a few seasons !!!
